compligen.AI Inc. ("compligen", "we", "us") operates the website compligen.ai and the cGen platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Information you provide: When you join the early-access queue, we collect your name, work email, phone number (optional), company name, role, company size, and industry.

Automatically collected data: We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, time on site, device type, browser, and approximate location (country/city level). We do not collect or store IP addresses in our analytics.

We use the data you provide to:

• Reserve your place in the early-access queue and contact you when cGen launches
• Send you monthly launch updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Understand our audience and improve the website experience
• Respond to your enquiries

We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

If you are in the EEA/UK, we process your data on the following bases:

• Consent: When you submit the early-access form you consent to us processing the data you provide
• Legitimate interest: Analytics to improve our website, fraud prevention

We share data only with:

• Netlify Inc. — hosts our website and processes form submissions (USA)
• Google LLC — provides analytics via Google Analytics 4 (USA)

Both providers maintain SOC 2 Type II certifications. We have Data Processing Agreements in place with each.

Early-access signup data is retained until launch and for 12 months after your account is created, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google's default).

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@compligen.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EEA/UK you may also lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS 1.3. Form submissions are stored in Netlify's SOC 2-certified infrastructure. We follow OWASP security best practices.

Our service is not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email you provided during signup. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
